By using the PILIXA website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

• Orders: Orders are one-time by default. The resupply plan is optional.
• Pricing: Prices and promotions may change. The price shown at checkout applies to your order.
• Shipping: Free U.S. shipping on every order. Standard delivery is 3–5 business days, with express options available at checkout.
• Returns: Multi-pair orders can be returned within 90 days and single-pair orders within 30 days, even if worn. No restocking fee, phone call, or explanation is required.
• Product Care: Machine wash cold inside out, do not bleach, tumble dry low, do not iron, do not dry clean, and skip fabric softener.
• Product Information: PILIXA socks are designed in the USA and made with 30% merino wool, 45% nylon, and 25% polyester.
• Changes: PILIXA may update these terms when necessary.
